Our policy is to dispatch confirmed orders which were paid by iDEAL, the next
working day if ordered before 12 noon, subject to stock availability. Orders via
bank transfer will only be despatched once we have received the payment.
We send out all orders of de Dream Bag via TNT.
The shipping charge within the Netherlands is €6.75 per order.
We will send you a confirmation email once we have despatched your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt for exchange or refund to:

Items must be in original, saleable condition - with all hangers, labels and
wrappings in their original condition.
Kindly send us an email at info@dedreambag.nl
and return the articles (including your invoice) to the address listed on your
invoice.
Exchanges/refunds will be issued AFTER item has been returned and subject to
satisfactory inspection. Standard Refunds (ie none faulty) will be the cost
of the item.
Defects
We do not experience many faults, but if you believe you have a faulty product
we would ask you to return it to us within 28 days of detecting the fault using
the returns form on your invoice. Kindly notify us by email at info@dedreambag.nl
and return the item to us enclosing your invoice to the address shown on your
invoice.
When we receive the faulty item we shall reimburse the return postage and send
you a replacement item.
If you no longer have your invoice then please enclose a covering letter explaining
your reason for return. We will then contact you via email to confirm
receipt and advise if we believe that the goods are in fact faulty. If
the goods are deemed to be faulty, we shall issue a replacement and cover return
postage costs.
Incorrect Items
We do not experience many problems, but if you believe you have an incorrect
item, we would ask you to return it to us immediately (using the returns form
on your invoice). Kindly notify us by email at info@dedreambag.nl
and return the item to us (enclosing your invoice) using the address shown on
your invoice.
When we receive the item we shall reimburse the return postage and send you
a replacement item.
Items Returned
Parcels returned back to us due to wrong mailing names or addresses are subject
to a 6.75 euro charge to be re-posted. If a refund is requested, the standard
refund is applicable.
Non-deliveries MUST be reported within 21 days from receiving your dispatch
confirmation email.
